CEO and Co-Founder
Mr. Treiber has been at the helm since RevTrax's inception in June 2006, leading the company through its initial product launch, several rounds of capital raising, team expansion and several key business partnerships. As CEO, Jonathan leads the execution of new product development and strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to RevTrax, Jonathan worked for Citigroup's Investment Banking Division, focusing on M&A, capital markets transactions and corporate finance. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with distinction, from Cornell University.
COO and Co-Founder
Seth runs the daily operations at RevTrax and has since the company's inception. Prior to RevTrax, Seth worked in Citigroup's Global Commercial Cards business in brand management for the Purchasing Card, Fleet Card, and Electronic Account products. In addition to his corporate activities, Seth has been published and quoted in a number of marketing industry publications, including AdWeek, MultiChannel Merchant, MediaPost, STORES Magazine and eConsultancy. Seth has also lectured at Cornell University, The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and others, in addition to regular speaking engagements at various industry events. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell University.
With more than 20 years of technology experience, Mr. Hansen designed, developed, and implemented RevTrax's core technology and systems. Greg continues to lead the company's information technology efforts as chief architect and systems administrator. Prior to RevTrax, Greg served as the Chief Application Architect for Diversified Investment Advisors for five years. Mr. Hansen has a proven track record of bridging business requirements with technology driven solutions. Mr. Hansen holds two patents for navigation algorithms and has extensive experience with design patterns, data structures and enterprise architecture. Working in a collaborative fashion with business partners, Mr. Hansen has lead large integration efforts and served as an advisor for the technical teams at numerous organizations. Mr. Hansen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he graduated with honors.
Laurie leads the RevTrax legal team. Prior to joining RevTrax, Laurie served as Director and Associate General Counsel of Investment Technology Group, Inc. and as General Counsel of its global order management, trading analytics software and network division. ITG is an agency broker and financial technology firm that partners with asset managers globally to provide innovative solutions spanning the investment continuum. Before joining ITG, Laurie was a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Laurie holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in Comparative Area Studies and minors in Japanese and Markets and Management from Duke University.
Lindsay is responsible for all aspects of marketing, including strategy, branding, PR, events, and inbound and digital marketing. Prior to RevTrax, Lindsay was Vice President at Cookerly Public Relations, where she managed multiple teams and budgets across a variety of practice areas, from nonprofit and social marketing to technology and finance. Prior to that role, she worked on VeriFone's global marketing team, participating in the company's global re-brand, and directing strategic media consultation and marketing communications. Lindsay holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from New York University. Lindsay is an active member of Rosie's Theater Kids junior council.
Director of Talent
Erica joined the RevTrax team to lead the organization in recruitment, talent management, performance management, benefits management and defining company culture. Prior to RevTrax, Erica worked at OnDeck Capital, where she supported the organization as it grew from 50 to 200 employees over her tenure. Prior to OnDeck, Erica held a variety of general human resources and recruiting positions, focusing in start-up environments. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany- SUNY.
VP, CPG Sales
Mel is a strategic sales management and business development professional. He has more than 20 years of experience driving growth and new partnerships across many major marketing areas including digital and mobile shopper marketing, in-store media and promotion, social media influencer platforms and retail activation.
His career is highlighted by 15 years at News America Marketing, where Mel held a variety of positions of escalating responsibility focused against the CPG/retail ecosystem, from overseeing the core sales teams to his role as general manager of the company’s retail merchandising business in the U.S. and Canada.
Most recently, Mel led the sales and business development teams and functioned as a strategic advisor to a number of companies—such as CBS Outernet, Modiv Media (now Catalina Mobile) and Brand Connections—where the missions have been squarely rooted in digital/mobile/shopper marketing and in providing overall integrated marketing solutions.
Mel is a graduate of Lehigh University, with a B.S. in Marketing, and resides in Fairfield County, CT.
Vice President, Strategy & Analytics
Randy joined the RevTrax team to lead the continuing evolution of RevTrax products, services and go-to-market strategies with a focus on retail and CPG. Prior to RevTrax, Randy worked for Toys“R”Us, leading strategy and corporate development for the Digital New Ventures group. During his tenure at Toys“R”Us Randy also held a variety of positions in key marketing and finance groups including: digital marketing analytics and insights, pricing analytics, private brands analytics, and planning and analysis. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ramapo College.
Vice President, Client Services
Chris joined RevTrax to strategically scale the client services organization and collaborate across departments to grow existing client relationships. Prior to RevTrax, Chris worked for Commission Junction affiliate network, a division of ValueClick, where he led client development teams in New York, Chicago and Boston to double- and triple-digit revenue growth. He has also held marketing and client management positions at a variety of technology, advertising and marketing organizations. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Skidmore College.
Director, Product Development
Gu joined RevTrax from Diversified Investment Advisors, where he led user interface design and development and served as primary contact for analysts, product managers and developers, bridging real world business needs and back-end systems for over seven years. Gu also implemented a financial mapping application from scratch for fund managers, boosting productivity by over 80 percent, which is still used today. Prior to Diversified, Gu held user interface design and development roles with First Genetic Trust and Workstream (formerly ProAct Technologies). Gu holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Ron joined RevTrax to lead the Finance team of the organization. Ron brings more than 15 years of accounting and finance expertise to RevTrax. Ron most recently served as the Corporate Controller of Doclix, Inc. and their portfolio companies in the digital advertising space. Prior to Doclix, Ron had managed the finance functions at a variety of technology and new media companies. In 2000, Ron was a key member of the team that spearheaded the IPO offering for Interworld Corporation, a large scale eCommerce provider. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York College – Oswego.
Vice President, Technology
Larry helps lead the Information Technology team. Prior to RevTrax, Larry worked at UBS Investment Bank as a Software Developer where he managed in-memory caches of reference data for critical trading applications. Prior to UBS, Larry worked as both a data analyst and software developer for the affiliate marketing company Ebates. His strong understanding of the affiliate business and extensive data management skills will allow the technical team to deliver better insights on merchant promotions and customer behavior. Larry holds a Master’s degree from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University.

CommunityTrax is our employee-directed philanthropy committee, empowering RevTrax employees to support philanthropic activities and give back to our local community by coordinating quarterly programs and ongoing initiatives.
Nine members of the RevTrax team participated in a 4-hour spin-a-thon, with all event proceeds going to fund rare cancer research at Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center. Since 2007, the event has funded 53 clinical trials.
Eight members of the RevTrax team dug in the dirt (and mulch!) to help GrowNYC rebuild a community garden in Spanish Harlem that was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. The garden is used by a neighboring school and local urban farming.
DonorsChoose is an online charity that allows members of the community to fund public school teachers' special projects. Projects range from art supplies and reading materials to requests for technology in the classroom. RevTrax funded four projects that provided critical materials like books, art supplies, educational magazine subscriptions and classroom learning materials to high-poverty classrooms across New York City.
Ten members of the RevTrax team participated in Habitat for Humanity's Brush with Kindness project in the Bronx. Brush with Kindness improves and beautifies low-income neighborhoods throughout New York City where Habitat NYC builds homes.
RevTrax works with some of the nation’s largest retailers, restaurants and consumer packaged goods companies. Our technology helps them drive and measure in-store sales through secure, personalized digital coupons and offers.

The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, detail-oriented, and energetic undergraduate or graduate student with related coursework in marketing, communications, advertising, or other related fields. RevTrax allows interns to experience true on-the-job training in client services with a focus on digital marketing and analytics.
