RevTrax is looking for dynamic, highly motivated account directors to manage a team and oversee RevTrax relationships with some of the nation's leading retailers, restaurants, and consumer packaged goods companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop, implement and manage digital coupon campaigns for top tier clients.
  • Develop solid client relationships. You are the face of RevTrax.
  • Manage account managers.
  • Become an expert on RevTrax systems and services and team functions.
  • Work with technology/operations to coordinate client campaigns.
  • Conduct research and keep up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in digital promotions.
  • Consult with clients regarding campaign options. Create and deliver plans, presentations and reports for clients.
  • Help clients improve campaigns to achieve maximum promotional effectiveness.

Desired Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role in promotions or marketing services, advertising, media buying, or sales with an agency, consumer packaged goods manufacturer, retailer or media company / publisher AND a Bacherlor's degree from a four-year college or university in business or marketing; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with digital media, online, digital and mobile promotions.
  • Solid understanding of email, paid search, display, rich media, mobile and other digital media.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A very high level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to understand creative requirements and work with digital graphics programs.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at every level.
  • Understanding of sales promotions as a marketing tool.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to receive client requirements and implement client campaigns via RevTrax internal tools.
  • Generate client reporting via RevTrax internal tools.
  • Become an expert on RevTrax systems and services and team functions.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on the presentation of results to clients.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for client campaigns.
  • Document all aspects of client campaigns for Account Managers
  • Help clients improve campaigns to achieve maximum promotional effectiveness.

Desired Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in business or marketing, and has 0-1 years of digital agency experience in an internship or full-time position.
