Jonathan has passionately championed ‘all things RevTrax’ since co-founding the company in 2008. With the heart of an entrepreneur, and the soul of a businessman, Jonathan has guided the company throughout its developmental stages from product idea and market introduction through capital investment and revenue growth. As CEO, Jonathan manages an executive leadership team of seasoned professionals with proven business building credentials and impeccable academic pedigrees.Complementing his official role, Jonathan is RevTrax’s Chief Evangelist, Chief Storyteller and Chief Motivator. Prior to RevTrax, Jonathan worked within Citigroup’s Investment Banking Practice. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with distinction, from Cornell University.
Seth runs the daily operations at RevTrax and has since the company's inception. Prior to RevTrax, Seth worked in Citigroup's Global Commercial Cards business in brand management for the Purchasing Card, Fleet Card, and Electronic Account products. In addition to his corporate activities, Seth has been published and quoted in a number of marketing industry publications, including AdWeek, MultiChannel Merchant, MediaPost, STORES Magazine and eConsultancy. Seth has also lectured at Cornell University, The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and others, in addition to regular speaking engagements at various industry events. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell University.
Greg has more than 20 years of technology experience, and has designed, developed, and implemented RevTrax's core technology and systems. He leads the company's information technology team as Chief Architect and Systems Administrator. Before joining RevTrax, Greg was the Chief Application Architect for Diversified Investment Advisors. Greg has a proven track record of bridging business requirements with technology-driven solutions. He holds various patents for navigation algorithms and has extensive experience with design patterns, data structures and enterprise architecture. Working in a collaborative fashion with business partners, Greg has lead large integration efforts and served as an advisor for the technical teams at numerous organizations. Greg received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Ho Chin joins RevTrax from Medidata, where he led its financial planning and analysis efforts, and provided analytical support to the management team. Previously, Ho held financial and operational leadership positions at private equity and venture backed companies, including Dydacomp and Conductor as their CFO, and Azoogle.com as its VP of Finance & Admin. Before Azoogle, Ho was with DoubleClick, where he held a variety of management positions including Director of Corporate Development, managing acquisitions and related business integrations. He began his career at Honeywell and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Ho holds a B.S. in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Neil leads our brilliant team of accomplished Data Scientists and Data Analysts. His team works to optimize promotional ROI with a branded portfolio of proprietary analytics tools; leveraging promotions intelligence from RevTrax’s patented incentive technology platform. Neil joins RevTrax from American Express where he held various global leadership positions with a strong focus on the development and deployment of innovative analytics products and services that materially shaped client strategy and improved profit margins. Neil holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
Gu joined RevTrax from Diversified Investment Advisors, where he led user interface design and development and served as primary contact for analysts, product managers and developers, bridging real world business needs and back-end systems for over seven years. Gu also implemented a financial mapping application from scratch for fund managers, boosting productivity by over 80 percent, which is still used today. Prior to Diversified, Gu held user interface design and development roles with First Genetic Trust and Workstream (formerly ProAct Technologies).
Glen Saunders joins RevTrax after 10 years of driving the vision for personalization and marketing automation solutions for the pharmaceutical industry at Medscape/WebMD. Having previously been a software engineer and client services leader, Glen found the perfect balance of technology and business in the product management role. In his career he has envisioned and overseen the delivery of a variety of platform capabilities for content personalization, marketing automation, ad tech, inventory management, market research, and more. Glen has a master's degree in music from the Juilliard school and spent the first half of his career working as a professional musician.
Raman drives Partnership innovation and integration for RevTrax, enhancing the value of our products and services for clients and partners. A seasoned marketing and technology professional, Raman has built and applied his expertise across large global brands and fast-growing startups. Raman's CPG experiences were established at Procter & Gamble, where he delivered marketing innovations for billion-dollar brands like Pantene, Herbal Essences, Tide, and Ariel — while also driving digital partnerships with industry leaders like Google, Facebook, Accenture, and Nielsen. Post P&G, Raman helped establish Dannon's integrated media practice for top brands in the US and abroad, leveraging diverse innovative partners across the marketing and media ecosystem. Most recently, Raman led Client Strategy and Marketing at Ahalogy, a leading Pinterest and content technology solution. He also advises a select number of nonprofit and startup boards, including SailHudson.org, SummitSync, Ciao Andiamo, and the P&G Alumni Network. Raman studied Computer Engineering, German, and Business from the University of Alabama.
Jim is a true client-partner with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and building long-term relationships. His deep knowledge of marketing, advertising and information technologies provides a solid foundation for delivering breakthrough client-centric strategies and solutions. As EVP of Sales and Customer Success, Jim’s top focus is expanding the penetration of RevTrax’s unique digital promotions solutions amongst progressive marketers while insuring complete client satisfaction. For nearly 25 years, Jim has enjoyed success in building and leading multi-functional sales and account teams across industry verticals. Prior to joining RevTrax, Jim worked at Experian and Nielsen (Arbitron). His inspirational and energetic leadership style is both contagious and motivating. Jim graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications and Marketing.
Larry helps lead the Information Technology team. Prior to RevTrax, Larry worked at UBS Investment Bank as a Software Developer where he managed in-memory caches of reference data for critical trading applications. Prior to UBS, Larry worked as both a data analyst and software developer for the affiliate marketing company Ebates. His strong understanding of the affiliate business and extensive data management skills will allow the technical team to deliver better insights on merchant promotions and customer behavior. Larry holds a Master’s degree from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University.
