OnCard Marketing, Inc., whose registered office is 132 West 31st Street, Suite 702, New York, NY 10001, (“OnCard,” “us,” “we” or "our") has created the following terms of use (the "Terms of Use") which govern each consumer or viewer’s ("you" or "your") use of our websites, saveinstore.com, revtrax.com, verifymycoupon.com and any other websites, services and promotions that link to this Terms of Use (the "Sites"). Please read this Terms of Use agreement carefully.

If you use this website, including any coupon, discount or promotion (each a "Promotion") or service displayed or provided thereon, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein. If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Use, please do not use the Sites, the Promotions or our services. We may alter the Terms of Use at any time by posting revisions to this page. You agree that your continued use of the Sites constitutes acceptance on your part of any and all revised terms contained therein.

If you register for an account with us, you must provide us with current, complete, and accurate registration information. It is your responsibility to maintain the currency, completeness, and accuracy of your registration data and any loss caused by your failure to do so is your responsibility. You may be asked to choose a password and a user name. It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your user name, password and other account information. OnCard Marketing, Inc. d/b/a RevTrax ("RevTrax", "us" or "we") respects your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Policy describes our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information we collect via revtrax.com, saveinstore.com,  and verifymycoupon.com (the "Sites"), as well as through your use of our services and software applications (the "Services").

Our Sites may include links to, or content from, third-party websites and services.  This privacy policy addresses only the use and disclosure of information we collect from you through the use of the Sites and Services. If you link to, use or disclose your information to a third party website or service or if a third party website or service collects your information, different rules may apply to their use and disclosure of such information.  You should review the privacy policies of the applicable third party for further information.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.  If you do not agree with any of our practices, please do not register, subscribe or otherwise use or interact with the Sites or Services.

  1. Information We Collect

    When you use the Sites or Services, we or our service providers may ask you to provide information that can be used to identify you as an individual ("Personal Information"), such as your name, email address, or mobile number, or other information that could later be used to identify you. We may request or collect this information in many ways, some of which include, for example, when: (a) you register with our Site or sign up for email communications; (b) you request a promotion that requires you to enter information such as a mobile phone number or email address; (c) you opt to participate in a social sharing promotion or survey; (d) you submit questions or requests to our customer service and other service contacts; (e) you interact with our Sites via a social networking platform; (g) you post content on our Sites; or (g) using other Services or features of the Sites. We may collect any information, whether or not personally identifiable, that you choose to provide, subject to applicable law and the terms of this Privacy Policy. It will always be your choice whether or not to provide this information.  We will never ask you for your social security number or credit card information.

    Information We Collect Automatically

    Whenever you use the Sites, or access or use our Services, we may use technologies that automatically or passively collect information about how the Sites and Services are accessed and used ("Usage Information"), which helps us keep the Site and Services up to date and allows us to tailor our content to your interests.  Usage Information is non-Personal Information that may include: promotion views and print requests, the website that referred you to us and any other information passed in the URL such as search terms you used, the web pages you viewed on the Site, cookies, IP address or other unique identifiers, browser type, operating system and the dates and times that you visited the Site or used the Services. We may also derive your location from your IP address.

    The technologies used on the Sites and Services to collect Usage Information include:

    Cookies and Flash Cookies -Cookies and Flash Cookies are small data files (text or alphanumeric strings) placed on a  computer, mobile device, browser, application, technology or other device (collectively, "System") when it is used to visit the Sites or access content that uses the Services. Cookies are also used as part of the promotion request and we may use Cookies to collect and store certain information about your interactions with our Sites or content that uses the Services such as the number of prints and shares. Cookies also allow us to provide you with additional promotions that are most likely to appeal to you based on your use of the Sites and Services. We may use session cookies and persistent cookies.  Persistent cookies remain after you close your browser.  You always have the option to disable our cookies using standard methods for your browser.  To personalize your experience, we may utilize third-party technologies, such as plug-ins, that use local shared objects, also known as Flash Cookies, to store your preferences or to display customized content based upon what you view on our Sites, including certain types of display advertising. Flash Cookies are different from browser cookies because of the amount of, type of, and how data is stored. Cookie management tools provided by your browser may not remove Flash Cookies.     Pixels and Web Beacons - We may also include small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags, tracking beacons and clear GIFs) on the Sites (including in promotions using the Services), which we may use to collect information regarding your interaction with content on the Sites. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including without limitation, to obtain information such as the URL of the page on which the beacon appears or the time the page containing the beacon was viewed, to measure promotion effectiveness through the Services, or to optimize promotion performance.  Pixels and Web Beacons may also be placed by third parties on content on the Sites.  This privacy policy does not govern the use of such third party Pixels and Web Beacons as they are not in our control.

    Referral Header - A Referral Header is a piece of data that identifies the address of the webpage that linked to the Sites being requested.  We may utilize a Referral Header to understand where the request for the Sites originated.

    Unique Identifiers - A Unique Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your System when you access a web site or its servers, and our systems may identify your System by its Unique Identifier. A Unique Identifier may include your IP address or other unique identifier.

    Executable File - An Executable File is a downloadable software application file that contains instructions that perform tasks on a computer.  We may use an Executable File to control the print limits of a promotion.

    Java Applet - A Java Applet is a downloadable software file that contains instructions that perform tasks on a computer initiated by your web browser. We may use a Java Applet to control the print limits of a promotion.

    Information Collected from Third Parties

    In many cases, our client may be a consumer products company or retailer that provides the coupons offered on the Site.  Information, including Personal Information, may be collected or maintained by our clients or their vendors and provided to us for use in conjunction with their use of our Services, including their promotions.  Clients may also provide us with information gathered when a promotion is redeemed. This information may include the location, business name, date, and/or time the promotion was redeemed, in addition to other transaction details. We may also receive your information from third-party vendors working with us and our clients to distribute their promotion offers, including online rewards programs or other types of incentive programs, such as registration and/or other membership information.   If you are on another website and you choose to receive information from us, that website will provide us with your information (such as email address or other information you provided to the site) so that we may contact you as requested.

  2. How We Use Information

    We use information we collect about and from you for a variety of business purposes, including to: provide the Services to you; administrative purposes such as the maintenance and operation of the Sites and Services or to respond to requests that you make; improve and add to the Site and Services; improve the performance and support of the Services; process, maintain and evaluate promotion activity (requests, prints, redemptions); create aggregate metrics and data related to the Sites, Services and promotions; for purposes disclosed at the time we collect your information and otherwise with your consent.  In addition, we may use the Usage Information we collect to comply with agreements we have with our Clients, prevent fraud, and to enforce our Site policies, including our Terms of Use. Your IP address may be used to identify and customize promotions that are available to you by geographic location.

    We may also use information collected to provide you with a personalized experience on the Sites, such as recognizing your System so that you will not have to re-enter information during your current or future visit to the Sites or so we can provide you with coupons or other offers based on your interests.  For example, we may store your brand preferences in order to present or send you notifications of new offers that may be relevant to you.  In addition, we may also combine your Personal information with Usage Information or other information we receive from or cross-reference with third parties, such as promotion sponsors, and use the combined information to enhance your experience, communicate with you about offers and promotions that may be of interest to you or for other promotional purposes.

  3. Sharing of Information

    Except as described here, we will not provide any of your Personal Information to any third parties without your specific consent. We may share non-Personal Information, such as aggregate data and Usage Information with third parties. This may include your feedback and comments, which we may share with third parties or on our Sites on an anonymized basis.  We may also share your information as disclosed at the time you provide your information, as set forth in this Privacy Policy and in the following circumstances:

    Third Parties: We may share your information with third parties that sponsor or participate in promotions through our Sites, or that perform functions on our behalf, such as service providers that host or operate our Sites, analyze data, administer our promotions, provide customer service; make various features and content available to you through the Sites and Services, or respond to your inquiries.

    With Your Consent:   While on our Sites or accessing our Services, you may have the opportunity to opt-in to receive information and/or marketing offers from someone else or to otherwise consent to the sharing of your information with a third party, or a feature may provide you the option of being linked with a third-party program, such as a store loyalty card. If you agree to have your Personal Information shared or use one of these features, your Personal Information will be disclosed to the third party and the Personal Information you disclose will be subject to the privacy policy and business practices of that third party.

    Business Transfers: We may share your Personal Information with other entities and our affiliates primarily for business and operational purposes. In the event that we are involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction.

    Legal Disclosure: We may transfer and disclose your information to third parties to comply with a legal obligation; when we believe in good faith that the law or a governmental authority requires it; to verify or enforce our Terms of Use or other applicable policies; to address fraud, security or technical issues; to respond to an emergency; or otherwise to protect our rights or property or security of third parties, visitors to our Site or the public.

  4. Other Sites

    The Sites and Services may contain links to and cookies, pixels and web beacons from other sites that we do not own or operate, including from clients, advertisers or partners. We do not control, recommend or endorse and are not responsible for these sites or their content, products, services, privacy policies or practices. These other sites may send their own cookies to you, independently collect data or solicit Personal Information and have their own privacy policies.

  5.  Protecting Your Information

    We use reasonable physical and technical security measures to help protect your Personal Information. No data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network, nor any data storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we try to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, nor do we warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.  If we determine that your Personal Information has been disclosed due to a security breach of our systems, we will work with our clients and vendors to notify you in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, so long as the notification would not interfere with a criminal investigation.

  6. Your Privacy Choices; Access

    Keeping Personal Information about you current helps ensure that we offer you the best coupons available through our merchants and business partners. To help keep Personal Information about you current, you can access, update and delete your Contact Information and the other information you provided us to use in your profile by logging into the Community and clicking on the "Profile" link.

    We will retain your information (including geo-location data) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services.  It may not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases without some residual data because of backups and other reasons.  If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you Services, contact us at privacy@saveinstore.com.   In response, we will cancel or remove your information but may retain and use copies of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  7. Children's Privacy

    The Sites and the Services are not directed to children under 13.  However, protecting the privacy of young children is especially important to us. As such, we do not knowingly collect, maintain or use information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we learn Personal Information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on the Site, we will take the necessary steps to delete the information. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Sites at any time or in any manner.

  8. California Do Not Track Disclosures

    We may collect Personal Information about users over time and across different websites when you use our Sites.  We may also have third parties that collect Personal Information this way.  The Sites do not currently actively respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals or mechanisms. However, other settings within your browser may permit you to block cookies or other technology that enable websites to collect information that can be used to tailor advertisements to your interest. Please check your browser's settings or consult your browser's help information for more details.

  9. Your California Privacy Rights

    If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request and receive certain information about our disclosure of your Personal Information to third parties for their own marketing use, and your choices with respect to such disclosures. Because we do not share your Personal Information with third parties for their own marketing use unless you are first given the opportunity to opt-in or out (as set forth above), we are exempt from having to meet this requirement.  If you still wish to learn more about our compliance with this requirement, you may contact us at the address listed in Section 11 below.

  10. Note for International Users

    Although the Sites may be accessed from any country via the Internet, www.SaveInStore.com and all content and Services thereon is only directed to U.S. citizens residing in the U.S. Other Sites and Services may have content directed to both U.S. and Canadian citizens dwelling in those countries.

    THE REVTRAX SITE IS HOSTED IN THE UNITED STATES. IF YOU ARE NOT A U.S. CITIZEN AND/OR ACCESSING THE SITES FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION, CANADA OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY WITH LAWS OR REGULATIONS GOVERNING PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE THAT DIFFER FROM U.S. LAWS, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SITES OR SERVICES, ALL OF WHICH IS GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW AND THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ARE TRANSFERRING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE U.S. AND YOU CONSENT TO THAT TRANSFER AND THE TERMS OF U.S. LAWS AND THIS PRIVACY POLICY.  Furthermore, by using the Sites or the Services, or providing us with any information, you consent to the collection, processing, maintenance and transfer of such information in and to the United States and other applicable territories in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as or equivalent to, those in the country where you reside and/or are a citizen.

    We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it periodically. Revisions will be reflected by the "Last Modified" notice below. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post the revised privacy policy to the Site. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITES OR SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
