Mr. Treiber has been at the helm since RevTrax's inception in June 2006, leading the company through its initial product launch, several rounds of capital raising, team expansion and several key business partnerships. Jonathan led the execution of new product development and marketing, and continues to recruit a growing list of marquee advertising clients and promotional distribution channels with significant consumer purchasing power. Prior to RevTrax, Jonathan worked for Citigroup's Investment Banking Division. During his tenure at Citigroup, Mr. Treiber focused on many disciplines, including M&A, capital markets transactions and corporate finance. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, from Cornell University.

Mr. Sarelson has run the daily operations at RevTrax since the company's formation, managing client services and RevTrax's digital media partners. Prior to RevTrax, Seth worked in Citigroup's Global Commercial Cards business in brand management for the Purchasing Card, Fleet Card, and Electronic Account products. In addition to his corporate activities, Mr. Sarelson has been published and quoted in a number of marketing industry publications, including AdWeek, MultiChannel Merchant, iMedia Connection, Chain Store Age and CRM Buyer. Mr. Sarelson holds a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell University.

With over 17 years of technology experience, Mr. Hansen designed, developed, and implemented RevTrax's core technology and systems. Greg continues to lead the company's engineering efforts as chief architect and systems administrator. Prior to RevTrax, Greg served as the Chief Application Architect for Diversified Investment Advisors for five years. Mr. Hansen has a proven track record of bridging business requirements with technology driven solutions. Mr. Hansen holds two patents for navigation algorithms and has extensive experience with design patterns, data structures and Enterprise Architecture. Working in a collaborative fashion with business partners, Mr. Hansen has lead large integration efforts and served as an advisor for the technical teams at numerous organizations. Mr. Hansen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he graduated with honors.

Prior to joining RevTrax, Laurie Bennett served as Director and Associate General Counsel of Investment Technology Group, Inc. (NYSE:ITG) and as General Counsel of its global order management, trading analytics software and network division. ITG is an agency broker and financial technology firm that partners with asset managers globally to provide innovative solutions spanning the investment continuum. Before joining ITG, Laurie was a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
Laurie received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Duke University. She majored in Comparative Area Studies (East Asia and Eastern Europe) and minored in Japanese and Markets and Management Studies and studied overseas at Waseda University in Tokyo. -

Mr. Sroka has almost 15 years experience in business development, client services, marketing, and strategy. He joins RevTrax from emerging email personalization leader Sailthru, where he led business development and marketing, and helped the company sign 100 new clients and increase revenue 25-fold over a two year period. Prior to Sailthru, Sroka held sales and business development roles with Satmetrics, The Corporate Legal Standard, LRN and AMR Research.
He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and his Bachelor of Arts from The College of the Holy Cross. -

A seasoned veteran of the technology sector, Mr. Wedeen brings more than 20 years of experience in large-scale system design, business intelligence, and business process management with underlying large database architectures.
Prior to joining RevTrax, Mr. Wedeen owned and operated Archieve, a consultancy specializing in systems analysis/design, data modeling, capacity planning and performance tuning for the financial services, transportation, energy and communications sectors. Mr. Wedeen has held various IT leadership and consulting roles with Merrill Lynch, IBM, Washington Post Co. and some of the largest telecommunications companies in the world. Mr. Wedeen earned his Bachelor of Science from SUNY New Paltz and completed graduate-level computer science courses at the University of Maryland. -

One of the youngest women ever named president of a publicly traded company, Ms. Syms stewarded SYMS Corp for nearly 30 years, eventually being named CEO and chairman. SYMS closed its doors in 2011, and currently, Ms. Syms is president of both TPD Group LLC and The Sy Syms Foundation. Ms. Syms is also a member of the board of directors of Rite Aid Corp., the World Presidents' Organization, the Committee of 200, and the International Women's Forum. She is a founding member of the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University. She is on the board of The New York Chapter of the American Heart Association, The Economic Club of New York, the Board of Overseers at Boston University, and is a member of the New Jersey Governor's Economic Growth Council. She is the past chair of the Small Business and Agricultural Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Steve Markowitz is a sought-after expert in the areas of consumer data and loyalty marketing. For the past decade, Mr. Markowitz has served as board member and/or senior advisor to several high-growth consumer-related companies, including Acerno (acquired by Akamai) and Kick (acquired by Sony). Prior, Mr. Markowitz was founding chairman and CEO of loyalty marketing pioneer MyPoints.com, where he led the company through a period of "hypergrowth"--expanding revenue from zero to $64MM and consumer membership from zero to 16 million. Mr. Markowitz orchestrated the company's successful $50MM IPO and $210MM secondary offering. MyPoints' IPO was ranked by The Wall Street Journal as one of the 20 most successful of 1999 and the company's market capitalization at year end was $2 billion. Mr. Markowitz also has experience as a securities analyst at Fidelity Investments and a financial journalist at Dow Jones and Co., both in Tokyo. Mr. Markowitz holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.A. in East Asian Languages (Japanese, high honors), also from UC Berkeley. Mr. Markowitz has been honored as a Holton Teaching Fellow at his alma matter, where he lectures in the graduate-level Entrepreneurship and New Venture Finance courses.

Peter is Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board of MediaTrust. MediaTrust is a digital performance marketing company that offers the Advaliant performance marketing platform. MediaTrust combines innovative, online media and performance advertising technology with human service and expertise. Prior to MediaTrust, Mr. Bordes spent much of his career in banking and venture capital and was a founder of Mason Cabot investment bank, which specialized in early stage media and technology financing. Mr. Bordes was also a founder and chairman of the board of Empire Media, Inc., a publishing, marketing, and technology enterprise based in New York. Empire Media incubated and founded Find.com - the first "True Business Search" engine, and Advaliant, an online performance marketing advertising network. He is also a Founding Charter Member of the PMA Performance Marketing Alliance Association and is the head of the PMA membership committee. Currently, Mr. Bordes is an investor, serves on the Boards of, or is an advisor to a number of traditional, new media, and technology companies, such as Widemile, a multivariant optimization technology platform, Northstar Software, an enterprise asset management software solution; and jiwire, an online hotspot directory & wifi ad network. Mr. Bordes is also an owner and chairman of the board of Roomlinx Inc. (RMLX: OTCBB) A Wi-Fi high-speed wireless, broadband, VOIP and IP based systems provider for the hospitality industry. He is also on the board of Greater Media Inc. a privately owned radio and newspaper company.

Johannes Gehrke is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Cornell University and an Associate Director of the Cornell Theory Center. Johannes' research interests are in the areas of data mining, search, data privacy, and applications of database and data mining technology to marketing and the sciences. Johannes has received a National Science Foundation Career Award, an Arthur P. Sloan Fellowship, an IBM Faculty Award, the Cornell College of Engineering James and Mary Tien Excellence in Teaching Award, and the Cornell University Provost's Award for Distinguished Scholarship. He is the author of numerous publications on data mining and database systems, and he co-authored the undergraduate textbook Database Management Systems (McGrawHill (2002), currently in its third edition), used at universities all over the world.

Garrick Blalock is an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. He obtained his Ph.D. in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley in 2002. Garrick's research interests include management of technology, firm strategy, and emerging markets. Garrick has also lectured extensively around the world on emerging market finance, international trade, and industrial development for organizations such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the London School of Economics. A recipient of the Carpenter Award for Undergraduate Advising and the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Teaching Excellence, Garrick has recently co-authored a number of studies in highly regarded publications such as the Journal of Law and Economics, the Journal of Monetary Economics, and the Journal of International Economics.
